Experience behind the strategy. Passion behind the business.

I’m Ciandra Camacho, Founder of Lorae & Company. With over six years of professional experience in business operations, office management, and organizational support, along with formal education in digital marketing and ongoing studies in Marketing Management, I’ve developed a unique appreciation for both the creative and operational sides of running a business. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with business owners and leadership teams, gaining firsthand experience in the everyday challenges, responsibilities, and decisions that come with building and maintaining a successful company. But beyond my professional experience, there’s something that has always defined the way I work. I’ve always cared about the businesses I worked for as though they were my own. I never saw my responsibilities as simply a list of tasks to complete. I cared about the bigger picture, the company’s reputation, its growth, its people, and its long-term success. Every decision I made and every improvement I pursued came from genuinely wanting to see the business succeed. Eventually, I found myself asking a question that changed my career path. Why dedicate that same passion and commitment to just one business when I could use my experience to help many? That realization inspired me to create Lorae & Company. I wanted to build a company where I could bring together my professional experience, education, creativity, and genuine passion for helping businesses succeed. Today, that vision is at the heart of everything I do. I believe every business deserves an approach that reflects its individual needs, challenges, and goals. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies or offering services simply for the sake of offering them.
